Hi There!
It is so nice to meet you! Thank you for taking a few minutes to get to know about our Vision and Passion for The Winning Woman Network. I hope you will feel a tug in your heart to be part of this new generation of women leaders – women of influence, winning women!
Years of experience as a business woman and entrepreneur have taught me more than a book can hold. In the midst of my life, I had and won the battle over Breast Cancer. Overcoming obstacles played a great part in my life to exercise my perseverance and sharpen my focus on a goal for my life.
Having succeeded and failed several times along my life journey, I found that my ability to bounce back, and keep going forward was because of what I have inside of me – it’s not the degrees, the clothing, the money or the labels, its the confidence knowing that if I succeed or fail at something – it does not define me. It is the result of what I do not who I am. This lesson took a while for me to learn, but when I got it, and began to implement this new -found knowledge and understanding, it made me have an entirely different outlook on life, on myself and my self-esteem.
When I looked around and saw a battlefield filled with wounded women warriors, who like me before my “Aha!” moment, were wondering what would be next for their lives, I realized that this was my passion – to share with women what I learned, and implemented in my life to revolutionize the way I approached every situation in life. It is this passion to share, encourage, and mentor women to excel in every area of their lives that compels me to continue developing this network in a safe and friendly format that will invite, motivate and empower women to desire to achieve success in whatever area of their lives is important. And now, more than ever, women have the opportunity to partake in the business world as executives, owners, work-at-home moms. Women of every age and background can succeed when given the education and knowledge.
The Winning Woman Network was founded to encourage, esteem, motivate and empower women. It would be an honor to have YOU join this new generation of women thought leaders; share your knowledge and experience with women all over the world and help us revolutionize the misconceptions and erroneous thought patterns that plague so many women today, which keep them from being the best they can be – women of Influence and winning women!
About Our Founder
Founder & First Lady of The Winning Woman Network, Monika Shaw has been a CEO over multi-million dollar company, an Entrepreneur with several businesses, won the battle over Breast Cancer, and a mentor to women. Her passionate vision is for women to discover their destiny and to be empowered with positive validation in their own hearts and minds, therefore knowing that each woman is special to God. From her personal and business experiences, she shares rich encouragement and refreshment to the spirits of women who need to hear that they too can become who God designed them to be – a Winning Woman!
An Author, Speaker, Coach, and Mentor to many women over the years, she brings a message of hope and encouragement along with the empowering positivities that each woman has within to be a Winning Woman!
